Your first appointment
- We’ll review your medical and dental history.
- We’ll take any necessary X-rays and photos.
- Dr. Adelpour will perform a comprehensive exam.
- We’ll explain our findings and answer your questions.
- Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that fits your goals and budget.
If you’re coming from another dentist and have recent X-rays, let us know so we can request them before your visit.
What to bring
Please bring the items below so we can verify your information and maximize your benefits.
- Photo ID
- Insurance card (if you have dental insurance)
- List of medications
- Any recent dental X-rays or records (if available)
If you prefer Spanish, let us know when you call and we’ll assist you.
